Clinical Programming Tools

Convert datasets with their metadata. Build and review clinical table, figure and listing shells. Or run real jobs on the governed platform API — synthetic study review with an independent QC gate, ADaM builds, and figures with hash-pinned evidence — or screen an R package for a GO/NO-GO validation decision backed by an evidence-chain report.

Governed TFL platform

Live Platform Demo

Run a synthetic study review with an independent QC gate, build an ADaM dataset, or render a clinical figure — real jobs on a governed API, with hash-pinned artifacts and a ZIP evidence bundle for every run.

R Package Validation

Screen R packages with a Tier-1 riskmetric-based assessment, receive a GO/NO-GO decision, and download an evidence-chain report with a hash-chained audit trail for every assessment.

What stays in your browser

Core resources come from this website. XPT conversion uses memory only; Mock Shell Generator saves projects and settings in browser storage. No ads, donations, paid tiers or automatic-binding quota.

The Live Platform Demo and R Package Validation are the exception to local processing: both are remote services at app.jaimeyan.com. The demo submits contract JSON to the governed API and downloads result artifacts; the validation demo submits a package name for assessment and returns an evidence report. Only built-in synthetic / CDISC pilot data can be referenced — there is no upload path.

Optional experimental AI in Mock Shell Generator sends content to your selected provider using your own account; provider charges may apply. It is not needed for core editing and exports.
