Trial Operations Dashboard
A concept implementation of a global clinical trial operations KPI board, written in the language of trial operations: feasibility and site activation, recruitment against plan, retention, and operational quality signals across three synthetic studies.
It demonstrates how trial-operations analytics requirements — the views a study team or clinical operations lead asks for — get productized into a single, filterable dashboard. This is a design and engineering exercise, not a system in production use.
Enrollment
Cumulative randomized by study week against the enrollment plan. The plan line is study-level; when a country filter is active the actual line reflects the selected site subset.
Site performance
Start-up speed and recruiting output across the filtered sites. Hover any bar for exact values.
Site initiation cycle time (days, site selection to initiation)
Top 10 sites by total randomized
Retention
Percentage of randomized subjects remaining on study, and stated reasons for discontinuation. Retention is modeled at study level and does not change with the country filter.
Dropout reasons
Operational quality
Data quality and monitoring signals aggregated over the filtered sites, plus the sites with the highest query rates to surface outliers.

All studies, sites and metrics on this page are synthetic, generated by a seeded script (tools/platform-demo/generate-data.mjs) and embedded at build time. No real trial data, no network calls.
